Neighbors Call for the Eviction of Rapper Nicki Minaj and Her Husband

Concerned neighbors in the Hidden Hills neighborhood have launched a petition to remove rapper Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty, from the area.

According to TMZ, residents of Hidden Hills have expressed unease about the couple’s presence in the upscale neighborhood, prompting many of them to sign the petition.

Initiated by Hidden Hills resident Beverly Bardan, the petition highlights Kenneth Petty’s status as a registered sex offender, stemming from a conviction for attempted rape in New York in 1995, which resulted in over 4 years of incarceration.

The situation escalated further when reports emerged that Petty had submitted new legal documents altering his address on the Megan’s Law website while serving one year of home detention after failing to register as a sex offender in California.

Notably, Nicki and Kenneth purchased a mansion in Hidden Hills in December, with the petition organizer urging neighbors to inform others about Kenneth’s background and requesting signatures to demonstrate opposition to sex offenders residing in the Hidden Hills community.
