The 'Silent Assassin' is eyeing up becoming the undisputed champion at middleweight having failed to do so last year against Claressa Shields.
Marshall was defeated by unanimous decision in October in what was her first professional loss, in a bitter rivalry bout that built up throughout the year.
The 12-1 English boxer now has a second go against as she takes on Crews-Dezurn, whose only defeat was also versus Shields.

Crews-Dezurn has the ability to last well in fights though and that will be a big challenge for Marshall if she can't get the knockout blow.
Crews-Dezurn fought Shields back in 2016 for her first professional boxing bout, and has since gone undefeated which could be an indication of her getting even better as a fighter.
